Need to find a bodybuilding gym (no fitness/wellness) in Hemel Hempstead/Watford - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

I know it's not the right forum, but i thought i'd ask here tooAny ideas? i will have to be there for 4 days starting on monday

Is the car park gym (watford) still open........goodn BBers gym............cant remember detail , when i speak to wife later she knows it better than me

theres als o a ok'ish gym by the cricket club in West watford

i will post up later if no other responses------

not been in uk for 5 years (except for hols) amazing how much you forget

Hi. I live in hemel

Best one for a visit in hemel is marlowes in the marlowes shopping centre. Its called marlowes fitness centre but its not a fitness gym at all. Will do you fine for your stay.

Anyway the gym is in the shrubbery car park in watford

or at west watford cricket ground

both names escape me

I thought shapers was the west watford cricket club one, I was after the other one, I might have read it wrong though.

Do a forum search for "Gym you use", it was a long thread a few weeks ago where members stated where they train.

Been down to Basement Gym in Watford a few times now and it's always closed. Anyone know the opening times or have a phone number for it? Can't find out anything on the net? cheers.....
