I gave up drinking 4 years ago, so i dont have to worry about hangovers. But when i used to go out, plenty of water before bed, and was always sick as soon as i woke up, then would feel fine! (didnt make myself sick, it just happened)

Same here mate,i was up till 7am sunday morning from watching thefight with mates ,got a bit out of hand with the drinking ,felt s*it all day and night sunday ,the best cures for a hangover ive found are drinking loads of water before you go to bed with some bcaa, but green tea all day and plenty of sleep inbetween eating sh*t loads of deasent protien and carbs and loads of fruit and veg to replace the depleated vits and mins.

You have answered your own question! Drinking from 11.00am until 9.00am next morning.
The longer you drink for the longer the recovery time.

You sure it was only drinking that was going on?

That's a long time to drink for without the use of something to keep you 'stimulated'....

a lad I know has one of them Berocas disolved in water before bed he said he never gets hangovers. Maybe worth a try.

I wouldnt have the energy to get a bird round mate.

Im not really a constant drinker but when i do go out i never get hangovers, might be because im young though. All the older people say to me "i was like that when i was your age"
