![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | nah ! i'd say dont start on the live lit stuff first, whats your smokin history? you ever lit up before? what i should do is start off nice and easy with say,.... no exercise see how you get on wi this for a few months.... then the diet too, this has to be really spot on first, bad saturated fats(bout 500grms a day) loads of fast sugars ect.... then .....move on to inactivity...... its quite easy to master really .....but you need some equipment.... a big comfy settee and a large screen TV... once you got the bad diet/inactivity thing sorted come back mate and we'll talk tabaco..... but for now i suggest you wait till your ready..... cos once you start its a spiral , you'll end up in a state before you know it!!!......... laid on the settee, ice creamm tubs littering the floor, startrek voyager box set on loop, and ash trays full of cigar butts all over,..... just be patient, and put in the work, you'll be puffin away on the big cubans before you know.... (cant believe i spent 5 mins typing this!!! i,m as fcukin daft as you!!!!!!!!!!) |

Really gets me going. That and the brown stains on the lip or fingers, and that sort of ashen grey look they have in the face, extra wrinkles, especially around the lips. Good way to get rid of all that extra cash you are hauling around with you too. Just SO unhealthy to have that money on you, a pack a day, so about 150 quid a month. NICE! Isn't that a mortgage payment up north? x x x T |

It was hell, I was spending £80 a week on my fix and was patching all over my body. I even site patched on my forehead for instant results. I was a serial patcher and would steal doctors notebooks to get a prescription for the patches. I even used to keep packets of patches all over the house in case my normal 'stash' was found. However salvation came my way in the form of ''fags''. Now I only spend £40 a week and can use my drug in public without ridicule. God Bless ''fags'' They are my saviour. ![]()

Tinytom-Is the fore head a good place to start if thinking of taking up a nicotine patch addiction. Can you use biceps and pecs. And do you have to rotate patching points around the body to allow previous points to heal? Although my interests where in smoking i have found that this is only the tip of the iceberg. With so much to choose from i dont Know where to start. Patches, gum, the list is endless. Watch out world here i come. God my life is crap I've reduced myself to writing meaning lessstuff. Roll on saturday and pub night. | |
