For all you who post up your pics and are not sure how to resize them look here:

http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe

Once this is installed it will let you right click on the picture file and select resize. It gives you the option of saving it as a different file so you dont overwrite your original

Should help with those who weren't sure how to do it before, and end up posting huge pics

you can shrink pics too using photobucket but it makes the alterations permanent so best to keep another copy of the pic on your PC.

You can do it a number of ways, but this thing from Microsoft is so simple..

You right click, you pick a size from a list, click next and you have a duplicate image renamed next to your original. You dont even need to load any software...

That powertoy from Microsoft is really useful, I use it at work all the time. It should come built into windows.

I do have one small question .... with a lot of forums when you post pics you have to attach the url and by using this programme, would you get that or does it literally just shrink the pics...

Photobucket does the whole lot and is probably more suited for PC dummies like me

It only shrinks the pics, you would then have to upload them to photo bucket or which ever host you would use
