gym shut over nite
has anyone any info y billys in devizes has shut.
is anyone useing scotts now as i now need a spot?

when i get to a 1000 i want recognition like hackskii

yeh ok then i just babbled about a problem page in the other post what can i babble about here
erm today at the gym i did bench was up half a rep not bad
got 5 and abit out
wanted 6 though can't win every week and at least i wasn't down
what else can we babble about
ph yeh i was talking for 7 hours solid once
just to go one hour better!

I've actually been talking for longer, but I just pointed that one out because it was 1 sided , on coke I think I've managed around 11-12 hours solid, maybe more, I was too fcuked to note the time let alone what I was talking about

and i can lift 3 millions tonnes
withone hand
and blindfolded
