   | Im looking to buy a Treadmill, im only putting this in here as i think Pscarb has one, i may be wrong but im looking for advice on getting one. I dont have an abundance of money, so please no suggestions on grands etc, just something half decent, one that inclined would be great but im guessing for what we have to spend, we may not get one like that. Any advice on second hand or new ( if reasonably priced ), brands etc appreciated. |

I know you dont like eBay - But if you are on a bit of a budget, it is the best place to get one mate - You will get a lot more for your money than you would from argos, etc. Paul |

 | come on John mate!! i put you in a different class to the rest,... you,ve got one!!! its outside you're house , made out of concrete, and its FREE!,,... you're a Scot ! ,...make sure your sporran is properly tied down and hit the tarmac mate!!! take in the sounds , smells, and sights of that bonny country of yours! or. tread monotinously on a piece of rotating rubber matting in the spare room, staring at the wall, ..... i know which i,d prefer..... if its the cold your worried about just put some underpants on for a change... |

| thanks Paul if you come up with something you can let me know, meanwhile i,ll check out your link. Raikey my dear friend to you i say " its not for me its for my misses, i have no problem walking outside in Hail, rain or snow ( notice how i never said sun lol ) ", anyway i have an air cycle in doors for right sh1tty weather, you know eod up here. But she doesnt like the bike so we thought we,d look into the treadmill.:love: |

| The reason I got a treadmill vs road, is that I suffer from terrible "shin splints" (i think thats what its called) when i run on tarmac / grass. The treadmills are cushioned and i can run fine on them. |

| yeah i get shin slints terrible!! and yeah (BL1) the road surface does cause a more ballistic effect on the knees.... and John love, ...you know i was playin .... ha ! i,m a right tw4t really cos i my last few weeks cardio has been done in the gym on the cross trainer ..........much nicer on the joints, .... |
