Started to pass the time away while in her majestys bed and breakfasts. Sticking with it because the focus of eating and training right keeps me busy and out of trouble. Whos got time to get up to mischief when your bulking and life is a whirlwhind of cooking, eating, washing up, cooking, eating etc etc?

better hobby than fishing

I'm 31 in august. always been known round where i live as the lad who trains. and thats the way its gonna stay for life.
love the gym, the lads you meet there, and the drive home after knowing you look as good as what you feel.
Strength
Power
Confidence
THE EDGE!!
i think every man would rather the trained look
(anyone says different and they're lying and lazy)
