hi

i am simon im from plymouth i have been bodybuilding for about 2 yrs i am currentley training at flex fitness in plympton.

does anyone else on here train there to?

hello simon i live just across the bridge in saltash and when i finish doing our new house up i will be looking at the gyms in plymouth!! i used to go to bodylines about 3 years ago.
i use a private gym in saltash at the moment!!

sounds like it!! i used to train at In Shape in saltash and then it closed down and steve who owned the gym recommended bodylines as he new john!! i trained there for a couple of months as the gym opened up again in saltash.
