Chilled 'setting the mood' Music
I want some suggestions for quiet, slow and chilled background music, female vocal is good. Stuff along the lines of India Arie, Cesaria Evora, Cafe Del Mar etc.

Anyone got any other good suggestions?

There is a new female singer about called Corinne Bailey Rae, Jack Johnson is good chilled and slow background music. What about Katie Melua or Norah Jones? They are pretty slow and laid back songs from what ive seen man.

Ive got a ministry of sound 2 disc chillout album which is sweet, got some dido, some other remixes of club songs, top stuff man

If its for the ladies just a bit of motown magic, van morrison etc. For a more modern day feel how about some lucy pearl, d'angelo or jahiem.

If its just for dinner maybe somthing a bit more up tempo but still for the back ground like some mr scruff or groove armada!
