Im obsessive about the guitar and want you all to listen to this excellent guitar solo...Im sure even if your not into music then you will love it.....if any of you play the guitar well enough to want to play this then the tabs are here:

Quite difficult as there is a lot of sweep picking, had to learn it myself but when you do it makes things a lot easier. Still find myself completly ****ing up after the slow bit 2/3rds through, more halfway actually

Hey killer, you heard dragonforce yet mate, you won't hear better guitar solo's than that I can promise you, makes dio and vai look like amateurs. check them out but wait for the solo's especially in through the fire and flames

Yeh i agree, Original guy is feckin good. But The Korean kid plays it very well. Thought you guys might enjoy that.
Rob, i have heard of dragonforce before...very good but some of the band members seem like tossers to me?

You have to see the dragonforce video, it's on kerrang or scuzz like every day. They show close ups of the fret on the solos and the hand speed is like nothing you've ever seen.

malmsteen.... a very eccentric man but one of the most technical, fast guitar players ever. he alos claims to have learned ever single riff ritchie blackmore has ever played which seems a bit strange.

im a joe satriani man myself, seen him live at n/castle a couple of years ago, played non stop for 3hrs

Lynyrd Skynyrd - Freebird

Always thought that was brilliant solo in that. Also if anyone has seen the Road Runner United DVD that comes with the album, theres a guy in that who does a good solo.

I have the G3 dvd with satriani, vai and malmsteen. It's awesome at the end they all 3 play some souped up version of voodoo child, good stuff

absolutely blindind band, stupidly good.

check out strung out too, their guitarists really shine on their live stuff.

The old g3 tour was those guys. The 2003 tour has malmsteen, you can't mistake his hairy fatness and leg kicks in leather pants. And the newest one has the guy from dream theater. http://www.satriani.com/G3/
