Looks like the weekends shenigans have caught up with me...
Had a slight cold coming on for since late Wednesday...felt much better on Saturday night, and decided to paint the town red...until 4am. Felt so-so yesterday, but woke up this morning aching and fluey....phleghmy cough, luckily no runny eyes or nose, but I'm gonna have to forego all training until I'm better...hope to be back in the gym at the latest on Wednesday...

Oh well, at least I can study in bed.....

Anyone got any tips for shaking a cold? This is getting annoying!!

Ok, it's one thing to sweat in bed and lose flab (and probably muscle too!) but I wanna train!

Colds
Try having a cold, course work for UNI, HAVING to train as you got to get your bikini clad ass on stage in a week with flab still to burn, no sleep, AND a dish and laundry monster so big it is starting to invade the rest of the house. ANd it is too late now, have gone past the point of exhaustion that keeps you up anyway!

50mg of eph 3 times a day seems to work well for shaking off colds
