Right so I train at a ponce's gym full of mullet wearing luvvy lads and fit women.

Normally I train in baggies and an old T-shirt but recently have looked at myself and realised that I look like a tramp in the gym.

sooooo....

do you prefer to wear functional gym stuff i.e. loose baggies and ripped comfy large T-shirt or are you a ponce and comb your mullet before a leg session?

mullet ? ...i wish !!

i wear combats, trainers, a vest, a t-shirt, and an old "christmas" jumper .

and i sweat like a mule,

then when i get in i dump the lot on the radiator, for the next day.

by thursday i smell like rotting cats p1ss, and i dont care a sh1t!!

i go there to train,

not w4nk about in lycra while all the time fcukin about with me heart moniter watch and me i-pod and me titanium drinks dispensing utility belt.

T-shirt, trakkies and some old trainers - I'm usually sweating like a rapist at the end of a session so don't give a sh*t if what I wear looks pretty or not.

he's too big to reach, so i comb it for him,

I thinks it's fascinating that guys will spend a fortune on supps/gear/gym membership and put hours and hours into sculpting their bodies ultimately to make themselves look more attractive yet are prepared to go to the gym looking like they slept in a hedge.

Bottom line, you never know who you are going meet - anytime, anyplace you gotta look your best. If you're married or in a committed relationship then fair enough, otherwise there's no excuse!

nothin tight (leave the gay tight sh1t to govier) but like to look ok not like a tramp...

shaved head so hair doesnt really count

i agree a little bit but ....

the gym is like a workshop where you do the work on your car, you cant expect to do the work, without a little untidyness,

then when the repair work is done , you polish it, wax it up , put on some loud bassy music (so every one notices)

and drive around in circles in a maccy donalds car park, shouting "look at my wheels",

eg...... you cant make an ommlette with out breaking a few eggs!

All i do is get home stick on my tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt

some old trainers and away to the gym!

To be fair though i train in a gym where alot of fit women go and do cardio so i do check that i look ok before i go!

Dont go over the top with hair gel and crap tho!
