    | Weekend of Junk - Down 8lb!!!! Hello Gang Just cant bloody win at the moment! I take a complete weekend off, chill out, have a load of beer (clares works do) and eat, well, JUNK all weekend - and this morning, I stand on the scales and am 8lb`s lighter than I was on thursday!!! You would have thought after a weekend of beer, mcdonalds and pizza I would have been heavier! Man, this sucks!

| Aye, It is a bloody lot to lose in a weekend, but, I did weigh myself first thing after any food/water etc. I`ll stand back on the scales later after some re-fuling  Yes Raikey, I am hoping to compete 2006 still. January 1st im starting the training 110% again (just been taking a step back and only training about 80% in december as ive been over training a lot, etc) So Jan 1st I go back on (cant wait) and do some seroius bulking for 3 months. Then see where i am then and go from there. Measurements at the moment are: Chest: 50" Biceps: 18" Waist: 32"/34" Quads: 24" Weight: (Was) 230lb (This Morning) 222lb`s Body Fat: 11% - 12% So not to bad

| interest in this show dwindled a bit so they started havin it in small night clubs and stuff but next year i believe its back to a big venue again....not sure of place or exact date yet .. but i wiil let folk know, if i intend to put my white, pasty, skinny body on display.....Lol. if i like it or i'm pleased with how i do i may have a look at a back end one too .... that'd put a good athmosphere on here eh....a UK-M showdown.....to make it exiting tho we'd all have to do the same class ....ie novice or first timers.

| Yes mate, will be a late show, Im still struggling with my legs at the moment from my ops. When ever i start to go heavy, the scar starts to almost tear so i have to drop the weights. Getting there slowly tho!

| I'd been really looking forward to my Refeed day of my Carb cycle yesterday. I had fast foods. I didn't enjoy it at all, and for the first time in my life couldn't finish a pizza. Wow, I've weened myself off Junk Food...result! |
