90kgs class British championships powered by Extreme Nutrition

Im looking forward to next years BPC British championships, thanks to the help of Dougie Black from Extreme Nutrition. Im hoping to make some good gains in strength over the next few months. My goals are Jesse Kellums world squat record of 397.5kgs and Ed Coans 1000kgs total record. Im confident with the help of Extreme nutrition, I will hit my goals soon...........

Deadlift
Bench
Shoulder Press

to even consider thinking about entering any competitions in powerlifting?

Thanks DB, I try not to think about the weight. It would just put me off champ...


here is a link for the records in the BPC, the congress is a non tested federation, but they post big numbers. You would be in the 110kgs class, maybe 100kgs if you could get your bodyweight down.

If you get started now, you could be ready to do a qualifier in march if you was interested... I think you should enter to get the experience and see if you like it.

If you enter and win a local powerlifting show atleast when your old and you cant train anymore you will have achieved somthing...I say go for it man!!!

Squat: 390kg
Bench: 236kg
Dead: 362.5kg

Thats some big ass weight.

Current 1rpm are:

Squat: 210kg
Bench: 185kg
Dead: 260kg

Do you think i could get up there by next year?

one of the lads I work with on the door with a Gys called slick - don't know his real name but I think h elifts in the BPC - at 110Kgs - has a bench of 240Kgs...

Paul - are those lifts RAW???

Chris - do you know what your max raw lifts are?
