  | Use ice next time !! I got a bit of a twinge in me shoulder during yesterdays session.....so i got home and applied the old ice pack (the gel one)..... well bed time came around and the thing had defrosted so i grabbed a pack of mixed diced vegtables out the freezer and off i went, up the wooden hill to bedfordshire, well.......... i woke up bout 4 am this morning to the wife screaming "you dirty bastard!!" after much eye rubbing and switching on of lamps , i looked in the bed and ...Fcuk me it looked like a giant stir fry or summat !!! full of soft, defrosted cubes of corrot and fcuking turnip....all smudged into the sheets....LMAO!! i must av rolled my massive muscular frame onto the bag and popped it during the night.....lol if anybody could av seen the scene they would have thort i was some weird veg fetishist or some sh1t .... we could laff bout it this morning ...but last night was a different story ... man, she gets ANGRY when she wakes up in covered in warm melted veg...... awww i,m laffin typing this ...man you should av SEEN her ...it was in her hair ....everywhere...... anyway just thort i'd share that !!
