![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | hey guys hows it going, got a problem.on my biceps i have stretch marks, i don't know why as my whole body has been making gains, but anyway the marks are redish pink colour, and on the inside part of the bicep(so if i have my arms by my sides u can't see them but if i pose u can).i don't know what 2 do about it, the last few days i've been using a cream called e-45, which has helped b4 which some skin probs(dry skin, blisters etc.) but i dunno whether 2 not work biceps at all or what, everytime they grow, the marks get bigger.one of the reasons i started working out is to get good looking muscles, and obviously marks along them don't look good...help! |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | brentford in west london,go 2 a gym in acton tho,u know the area?i'll get some vitamin e cream thanx 4 the tip,i remember reading a story about that once,a woman had a really bad burnt leg, used that and if u see the before and after photo's, the difference was amazing.i have naturally tanned skin, never been near a tanning machine in my life, spending a day in the sun is enough to give me a heavy tan,not much sun about this time of year tho unfourtunately.it just bothers me coz my arms aren't that big, less than 14 inches,so if they were to get bigger, makes me scared how big the stretch marks would be

![]() | On reading vervemans question, initially I thought that well, thats what you get for taking roids. The skin just can`t keep up with the rate of muscle growth. But then you state that they are only 14 inches ! You obviously just do not have good skin. I thought you might be fair skinned and possibly ginger. But you again state the contrary by saying you are easily tanned. I am therefore confused, and I doubt copious amounts of Vit e cream will make much differance. Is there a problem with your diet? Are you getting enough fruit, veg and fish oils etc. Are you sure they are stretch marks?. Not many people get stretch marks on there biceps, unless they are near to the armpit area where it is linked to chest and delt growth. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | nah never took any roids, only started training in september, and yes they r near the armpit so is prob caused by chest and delt growth,i have a natural tanned/spanish look,i don't cut or bruise easily, but if i do get even a little cut, then it leaves a mark there for quite a while,i think the name for it is called keyloid scaring, but cud be completely wrong about that.don't know much about it,anyway cream has helped .the reason i asked is that if u look at the top BB's in the world, they have massive arms yet none seem to have stretch marks so i wondered what the secret was.my diet,IMO,is good,i have fruit and veg at least once per day, also take vitamins supplements as of yesterday, and try and have lots of different sources of protein.ie.today was rice, turkey, cod, tuna, milk, water, fruit juice,a banana,an apple, cucumber, and carrots.also cereal and some protein shake.also multivitamin tablet and cod liver oil tablet.if anything extra that i need daily let me know as i'm always looking 4 ways 2 improve.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | The diet looks good. Better than most. I would say genetics is what is up with the stretch marks. I have them. They do fade. keyloid scaring I have that as well. Got a 9" scar on my stomach from a really bad car crash where the removed my spleen. Looks nasty but I actually wear it proud. I dont care about the scar that I did to myself (poor driving). My fault totally....Sorry diffrent story altogether. Your marks will fade and they wont mean anything to you in years to come. You are fine mate ![]()
