| seen that !....nasty eh? happened a few times in muay thai ....those lads really condition there shins.. slightly off topic (me?..surley not) cancer of the shins is virtually unheard of anywhere but thailand where it happens quite often.

| saw a documentary bout it ...i,m too heavy for the game now.....but i used to love the old Muay thai......hats off to the boys and girls .......i still train with em now and again but not to comp level ...... i,m blowing smoke out my a$$ after one round nowadays ......

| heh, seen it loads man. There was a guy at our club who we called 'Unbreakable' because he had broken BOTH his shins doing that, and had to have metal pins inserted into his shins. Of course he cant compete like that, but their aint no rule saying you cant train like that. Note: Do not train with a guy with metal legs.
