![]() | Marcy Gym Equipment Fail!!! I'm not entirely sure what made me read through the descriptions of the exercises because i've been lifting for about ten years now but I'm glad I did as I realised i've been doing one particular exercise all wrong. Aparently, according to Marcy, the incline dumbell press works your quads!! No wonder i've not been doing well on my training!! I joke not. There is a diagramme of someone doing incline dumbell press with the caption "doing this exercise will help build and develop the quadricep muscle"!! Has anyone else seen or read anything similar?? |

It did make me laugh, but when i think about it it's quite bad. I'm assuming it's a typo allthough you never know, but there must be some people that will be using that and wondering why there legs aren't growing!!
