![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | just read it, seems to make very good sense, Some good facts and figures and sure to increase your chances of raising T levels but revolutionary??? I dont think so.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | and i dont trust anybody that charges money for these programs. I would say however, he is definetly on the right track for increased muscle growth, raised tes levels, if you can do that without the artiicial then even better. Fighting is proven to dramatically increase test levels by a big percentage, you can feel it pumping through your veins just before the first punch. Let all of your rage go against a punchbag and you have got some good test being produced. But i dont think vegetables, bit of fighting here and there, eating specific meats is really going to cause such a dramatic increase of muscle mass being produced? Good principles but another scam looking for your money i would say.

I did find it interesting the foods that naturally blocked estrogen. The food he refered to as cruciferous. I have heard broccoli but not stuff like cabbage, cauliflower, brussel sprouts (yuck), and such. Also having an orgasim can raise test levels too. And about cortisol levels, another guy that talks about this about being a stress hormone. Nice little article on the endrocrine system too.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | yeah, nice article. I learned a lot from it, i have always known the importance of test levels since the 1st step of walking in the gym, but i dont think eating certain veggies would mean a dramatic increase of muscle? It would help certainly so it should be considered i guess.

He was saying that you need some estrogen but not alot so blocking some will keep you anabolic as estrogen is catabolic by nature.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | yeah, what he is saying is spot on as essentially it is what every bodybuilder is striving for. I know this sounds fcuking stupid, but obviously women have higher estrogen levels which accomodates for lower test levels causing them to have lower muscle mass capabilities? Do women bodybuilders have to block out rising estrogen levels and raise test levels? But women dont have test levels do they???? Dam i sound stupid, im  confused

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Yah, women do have testosterone, but not nearly as much as men. Thats why when women go through the change and then their estrogen stops they still have testosterone and they can get facial hair and stuff. I did know a girl that blocked estrogen and she got pretty big. Now, I dont know if she took steroids but I know she took nolvadex. She said the nolva made her big. But I will never know if this is true of BS

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | very interesting, so does steroids just boot test levels up the roof or does it block estrogen? so the only difference between male and female is basically (apart from physical attirbutes) is the amounts of test to estrogen? Fascinating

| UK-Muscle Male Animal | Womens tes levels are 60 and below. Us men are between 300-700 but that is for the older guys I feel. It can be more like 400-700 and higher if you are younger.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | surely though, if your test levels are higher when you are younger, you should have more ability to pack on the mass, yet most younger people have high metabolisms?

So with that said, diet is key. Diet is anabolic. You would have to really pack on the lbs and then diet them off later to remove the fat. Lets take this to the extreme. I am almost 45 you are lets say 19. Your young system is still running in high gear and mine is slowing down. You have high test levels and I have lower test levels. You have high HGH levels and I have lower HGH levels. Taking the metabolism aside who would grow faster?........................YOU! If I ate the food that you would need to grow I would get fat, If you ate the food that you need to grow you will grow. Efficiencies here and this is hormonal and other things too.
