I almost posted that but didn't. Question is if kids have such high levels of tes then why are they so skinny? I think all the blood tests are b.s. I had levels just above a female and was still stronger than ever. Did I feel like banging chicks, no, was I confident, no. Was my skin fcuked up for some strange reason, yes. Hormones are a mystery, pure and simple. Am I back to normal, yes. Do I want to do gear yes, but I feel that I cant get away with it so the true answer is, will I do gear, no. I think some guys can get away with it and God bless them. But winger dosn't fair well with it. Bottom line.:o

about the fighting bit, would that mean that a contact sport would also help raise test levels?

dunno, i wouldnt really specifically do fighting to raise test levels, but if it helps and you are learning a good contact sport then sure, its a good idea.

So test levels basically come 2nd to genetics (no suprises there)
IF you get your diet right and override the metabolism with quality calories, you are going to pack mass. Your test levels however indicate how much mass you pack on once that is done. Plain and simple.

jago25_98 is on a distinguished road
synopsis

Loads of ads, CAPITIALISATION etc etc, no backup so,

synopsis:

- compound (squat, deadlift,)
- bigger wieghts,less reps
- ****/sex (I think this is just plain wrong; the Test/**** cycle is more complex than that; personally I get weak in the knees and blah blah blah)
- good fats
- no beer
- leafy evg, i.e. broccoli, cress,sprouts,cabbage
- fight / aggressive competition, punchbag etc
- smaller but more meals
- sleep lots

nb: most of techniques I'm unsure about, not sure if levels don't fall, whether there's a net increase over time or just temporary

Probably temporary.
All else might be genetic, and or dedication

Got to do the best with what you have......
