Thanks for articles. Having quiting drinking only 10 months ago and being a alchoholic for about 15 yrs. I wish I had read that 15 yrs. ago, but better late than never. Cheers

interesting read, found it hard to understand. What are the best alcoholic drinks to drink if you like the odd night out? What do I need to do to minimise all the negative effects alcohol will do?
