| Made in Liverpool | Ephedrene lol 2 of these bad boys and a can of sugar free redbull before a workout and im like a man possesed. on the other hand you could just try red bull on its own? or pro pluss? you might be better off looking into your diet though mate as this will be more than likely the cause of it.

I usually sleep more when i feel depressed or am down about something. If you have a cd player at home or in the bedroom then set an alarm clock on it and blast some heavy rock and roll first thing. Heavy music is proven to iniiate chemical reactions in the brain therefore stimulating it making you feel more awake. Assess your diet, if all else fails see a doctor and see what he says or recommends although you will usually know if it is serious enough to do that.

St johns wart is good for depression but takes days to kindof work. 5-HTP Valarian root too. But all of the above can cause one to be tired as well. Diet? Anemia, can cause one to be tired and this is an iron defeciency. Add liver, alfalfa or cholorphyl. Could be you are sensitive to insulin and have a high carb diet. Too many carbs for some can push up blood sugar levels then insulin will drive them down then you will be left with low blood sugar. Chromium can help, lower the carbs and add a fat to the meal can be helpfull too. Good luck man,
