My diet...
Stats: 5'5ft 9st
Meal 1: Oats, banana,
Meal 2: mackerel, couple of eggs
protein shake
Meal 3: Chicken breast on malted loaf with tomato, lettuce & mayo
protein bar, nuts, Japanese rice crackers
Meal 4: Protein shake, Chicken breast, jacket potato, small amount of mayo, veg, cheese
Meal 5: Wheatabix, banana
nuts
Meal 6: couple of eggs, whole meal bread

what do you hope to get from this diet....have you taken up b'bing,
or another sport.

I don't really have a set plan every single day, I just make sure I get the right amount of protein down me mainly. Obviously I need to start fine tuning.

mate look in the diet section please .. plenty of good info there one hour research and reading can set you up for life ..

Meal 6: couple of eggs, whole meal bread< drop the bread & have 4 whole eggs or a shake with milk
That is just a very slight tweak, others will be able to give you better ideas & as sizar says, do a search, there is plenty of good information on here.
