here is my diet

advice needed, dont really know where to start!

9-10am
3whole eggs, big bowl oats,whey protein shake, 2g fish oils multi-vit

11am
pasta & cheese, tin of tuna, lots of bread n lurpack 2g fish oil

1pm
chicken & rice/or jacket potato's 3eggs, whey protein shake 2g fish oils

3pm
tin of tuna lots of bread, whey protein shake,banana 2g fish oils multi-vit

5-6pm
braisin steak, jacket/mash potato's vegi's, banana, 1pint milk

8pm
jacket potato's beans, bread, rice pudding, 2g fish oil whey protein shake

10pm
weight gain milk drink, pizza or pot noodle lots of bread 100mg zinc

12 pm
weight gain milk drink, oats, toast, then sleep until 10 pm



im looking for a Serious mass diet and this is a standard ruff
idea of how my day will be altho might differ from day 2 day,

comments more then welcome as you maybee
able to see i anit got a clue on diet, i really wouldent mind someone
sorting a diet method out for me, a little fats also welcome,
how would i get good fats good carbs lots of protein (food wise)

i will be also trying throughin in olive oil
and as many vegi's as possible, id be very
happy if some1 could put me on the right road
without me ending up fat, ill be able to calulate
the diet exactly as you say,

would be much apreciated

IMO
try this...
Shoot for 30 to 40% of your calories from each macronutrient
Try to make eat meal consist of a meat or dairy, a veg or fruit, a starch, and a fat
Try to keep your calories the same each day BUT if you are trying to gain then increase this daily average by 500 each week to acheive the gains or if cutting do the opposite
eat about 4 to 6 times a day

thats about as simple as I can make it before its dumbed down to the point of being worthless

would i get these micronutrients out of the following mate?
if i were to consume as much as my stomach allows e/d
i really need to do some research diet wise, i really dont wana
be wasting my gear or time in the proceed.

steak chicken tuna
milk oats ricepudding
potatos cheese beans eggs
bananas olive oil bread vegtables

whey 12gfish oils zinc multi-vits weightgain shakes

also i have just ditched my regular weightgain formuler (argos)
for whey protein, but it dosent tell me how many shakes i shud have e/d

any ideas?

I'd just use the shake at workout time and all others eat food.

If I tell you anymore it will turn into an advertisment.

Why dont you get your diet sorted and sort out your training then think about it?, just an opinion.
