Breakfast-Oat with whole milk
You need protein!3-4 eggs maybe

10-00 am 2 pieces of skinless chicken
You need Carbs/veg

12.30 pasta with chicken or chicken with veg

3:00-You need another meal here.

6.00pm-same as dinner

7:00pm-Protein shake is better taken at this time than with your meal

9:00pm-You need another meal here.

i drink approx 4/5 pints of water a day

I have just started training and i want to bulk up.I have been eating this diet for about 10 weeks

The water is good, keep that up.
Whats your stats/age/weight/how long have you been training?
This depends on how much you can actually eat and MR (metabolic rate-the rate at which you burn calories) tells us how much you need to eat to gain weight.
But if your bulking i can almost guruantee you need to eat more than that.
Every meal should have 30g protein.
Have you seen any results in the last 10 weeks gary?
