3x Rear Delt Cable Flye

Wednesday

Low Impact Cardio

Thursday

Back(10) /Bi’s(9)

4x Deadlift

3x Pull-Down

3x Single DB Rows

3x Preacher/Isolation Hammer Curls

B.

4x Deadlift

3x Chins

3x Smith Machine Bent-Over Rows

3x BB Curls (straight bar)

Thursday A or B but add another set each of pulldown/pullup and bent over row.

Saturday B and drop the cable alltogether and add another set to the incline.

Na, I ment like I do A one week, B the next kinda thing.......so i would be switching up exercises

Then that is good. I like that actually. If it were me I would throw in a close grip pullup or pull down.
