Workout help

Hi everyone,

I am now starting to go to gym regular to gain muscle. I am currently doing a high weights low reps workout 3 time a week and also a Body Pump class 3 times a weeks. Is this too much or OK? Be grateful for your comments...also on protein shakes etc and diet.

Thanks

Guys
