How much protein?

How much protein should you aim for each meal? To avoid any wastage? 20-30g?

i recently read 2.2g per kg of body weight is the maximum protein somebody should consume, any more is wasted. but im guessing people on here will say to eat more than that?

Generally 30g-50g is a good marker

Re: How much protein?

People will tell you amounts from 30-200 a day! I take a couple of protein shakes and whatever my diet gives me, probably adds up to about 100-120grams a day and thats enough for a casual weight lifter......
