Re: Having a bad week

Reasons why this is happening.
1) Your dehydrated.
Solution up your water intake dont drink around meals and only drink water no soft drinks.
2) Your not digesting and eliminating your food intake correctly.
Solution use acidophilus digestive enzymes, papaya, increase your fiber especially right before bed, drop rubbish food, write down what you eat and what seems to reduce your appetite and then dont eat that again, dont eat a lot of fat early in the day focus on carbs and protein and then eat fat at night.
3) Your liver is stressed.
Get a good liver detoxifier like liv-52 and do all of the above.

Re: Having a bad week

This happened to me once, i was eating more than i ever ate in my life for an entire week then all of a sudden, the next week i couldn't get rid of that "full" feeling in my stomach even though i didn't eat anything all day.

Con, good advice mate, i'll take what you said into consideration if it ever happens to me again.

I think Con's hit the nail on the head here, we could go down the overtraining route but it probably isn't...I find sleep to be the single most important factor in my appetite, lack of it...then no appetite.
