Re: which protein is good?

I normaly stick to a well branded Protein mate i use CNP stuff, but also been using PHD, BSN, boditronics now and again, its really what you can afford and how it tastes, some taste brill others taste like cow crap.

There also loads of Supplement stores who sponsor the site, myprotein, Extreme, bulkpowders etc, have a gander at there sites and see what you fancy getting hold of, remember protein is protein, its just the time it takes to absorb into the body.

As for bars etc, you can make your own for like pennies, look in the diet/Nutrition section on bars. Enjoy!!

hyrolysed Collagen = horses hoofs ( I do not lie ) . will show up as protein in a test but is of no use to you in building muscle etc .. its a very very cheap way of getting protien content up but provides cock all value

don't be ripped off avoid .. we would never ever ever even consider using it ..

companies that do are conning you
