| which protein is good? as in good quality like whey isolate is,
im talking about powder,protein bars, flapjacs,protein cookies etc.
example;
Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey protein isolate, Soy protein isolate, Whole Egg

currently i take aviform 98% whey really happy with and not going to change but all these flapjacks,puddings and bars make me think i can have extra protein which i can look forwward to once per day atleast, thanks.

| Re: which protein is good? I normaly stick to a well branded Protein mate i use CNP stuff, but also been using PHD, BSN, boditronics now and again, its really what you can afford and how it tastes, some taste brill others taste like cow crap.
There also loads of Supplement stores who sponsor the site, myprotein, Extreme, bulkpowders etc, have a gander at there sites and see what you fancy getting hold of, remember protein is protein, its just the time it takes to absorb into the body.
As for bars etc, you can make your own for like pennies, look in the diet/Nutrition section on bars. Enjoy!!

These have hydrolysed gelatine, casein and whey concentrate in but doesnt say in what ratios. Whats this hydrolysed gelatine like. Anyone any ideas ? |

gelatine is about as useful for building muscle as a hammer is at unscrewing a screw
