ok wogi you win lol

after a good chat with my trainer and my gf i have decided that i should keep with the clean bulk, and not cut just yet. my trainer thinks i could fight at 185lbs no bother, which flatters me lol. but if he says so ill trust his judgement. also my gf says i dont need to loose any fat just yet which i tink is her way of saying get ome real muscle , haha
so hows tis for a clean bulk??

training day

7.00 am - wake
7.15 am - 500ml milk
100g oats
1 scoop protien powder

8.00 am - train

9.30 am - 4 eggs
4 slices wholemeal bread

12.30 pm - 200g chicken/steak
100g wholemeal pasta or basmati rice
1 pack of mixed veg

3.30 pm - 200g chicken/steak
100g wholemeal pasta or basmati rice
1 pack of mixed veg

6.30 pm - 200g steak/chicken
2 packs of mixed veg
100g potatoes or basmati rice

10.00 pm - 2 eggs
200ml milk


how does that sound? im also going to increase my cardio and start training my abs lol

im looing to get to a lean 185lbs so im guessing i will have to hit 190lbs? AND then cut

ooops issed non training day lol

non training days will be pretty much identical lol maybee have the eggs later on but pretty much the same.

asking anyone advise con mate lol

the title refers to the fact wogi was telling me to carry on gaining weight but im a fighter and was going to compeate at 170lbs but after a chat with trainer im going to ry my hand at 185lbs competitive weight. so he wins ill carry on bulking. but if any one wants to comment on my food??

Drop the milk and eggs at bed instead have a tub of cottage cheese and one spoonfull of natural peanut butter.

Warren Im glad your girlfriend and trainer talked some sence into you. With more muscle comes more power, your a tall fella and for your trainer to say you can fight in a diffrent weight class is great.

I didnt realise you were doing this for sports, I just figured it was for bodybuilding.

Im no diet expert though, Guys like Con ect no doubt will fill you in. Alough Im flattered you thought of me - Im not going to tell you stuff I dont know.

Just glad you made a good choice mate. Some more mass will make you a much better fighter, I was watching a fight the other day where some mongolian fella destroyed a much taller oponent because he was much stronger.

Dont be the tall guy against the mongolian lol. Do a clubber lang.

i can take the peanut butter but there aint a chance in hell i can get cottage cheese down me i have tried before trust e and was sick lol

thanks con any better alternatie saying i cant stomach the cheese

Try liqudizeing it in a shake I did that before and you dont taste of feel anything.

Other than that wife sometimes makes it into a omlet that takes away the slimy texture and your left with a fetta type mixture.

A shake that uses caesin is the exact same but will taste better.

cheers lads, as i rely on eggs for my post wo meal and not a shake i will just buy a slow release protien, thanks reps guys.

Just a point mate, you talk about packs of vegtables. Is that the frozen steam fresh type of thing ?

If so, your far better off just buying brocolli, spinach , green beans, green leafs etc. Those packs are mostly made up of peas, corn and carrots and are no comparison to the whole green veg.
