Can anyone help me with a diet

I am a very fussy eater
I have a high motabalism
I go gym 2 days a week and home workout nearly every day
I weigh 10 stone
I havent eaten a single fruit since the age of 12 and im nearly 17 now and not going to start

I am prepared to eat high fat or meat meals or anything good or special fiber food and protein shakes and whatever else out there there is but I don't want to have to pay the high cost of maxi muscle or other products.

Any advice / help / can I see your diet plan to get an idea of what I should eat.

Thanks allot and this is my second post and it already seems like a good community.

James

Re: Can anyone help me with a diet

you should definitely start making an effort with fruit. they are very important believe it or not. as far as your diet is concerned, instead of stuffing yourself a few times daily try and break up your meals so that you have about 6 a day. when you eat too much your body cant digest all the carbs and good stuff at once- there is a lot of excess which comes right back out of you. having more meals allows your body to maximize its intake of good ingredients without their being as much waste. try having eggs with toast for breakfast with a bowl of cereal and then tuna or chicken sandwiches for snacks throughout the day. have a good balanced dinner and make sure you dont go to bed on empty stomach. ideally your body shouldn't go more than 3 hours without eating.
if you are trying to gain mass you need to go to the gym more than twice a week regardless of how many push ups and abs your doing at home. you should try going to the gym 4-5 times and then giving your body a rest for the remainder of the week.
do this properly and you should see significant gains.
