PWO's

Hey peeps. Im needing advice on my PWO. I train at 7am in the morning due to work commitments and long hours.

Does a PWO class as 1 of my meals? I have 8 meals a day including my PWO. Is this enough? they are spaced every 2 hours exactly.

Cheers peeps

Yes that's plenty but it depends what's in them!! Post your diet and weight and we can comment further.
