my post workout feed

straght after my workout i have a banana then 15 mins later,i have 39 grams of whey isololate with 30 grams dextrose and 30 grams maltodextrin. is this ok?

As soon as you finish your last set/Rep dude you should be Gobbing down the Protein and Dex, your body is crying out for Nutriants at this point. Banana is ok also. Dont wait 15mins, this is the crucial time for getting quality Stuff down your neck
