Need a good diet to bulk

Hi all, im fairly new to this, ive just started to try and bulk up while working out 3-4 times a week. i dont want to be big just average weight to height and then see where it takes me

stats - 19 years old - 5ft 10ish - around 9 1/2st!!! yes im quite lanky.

im having trouble coming up with a suitable diet i can fit around work and study but ive had a go. i appreciate any critical analysis or suggestions.

i have just started using creatine, the watery powder stuff and whey protein

Breakfast - 2 slices of toast and 2 eggs
Mid morning - flapjack and whey protien
Dinner - 2 tuna cobs and creatine drink
Mid afternoon - a banana and whey protein blended
Lunch- a sunday dinner (mash, pork or chicken) or curry and rice, something with meat.
Late - ????? suggestions?

i know this isnt a lot compared to some but believe me that this is a massive increase on what i normally eat, crisps, chocolate and snacks...
