gerry gain weight

Hi erwit,
i,ve already posted my diet in the gain weight as for traning

tuesday chest & legs 1 hour kick box for cardio fantastic workout

wensday rest

thursday back & shoulders

friday rest

saturday biceps & triceps 25 min on tredmill cardio

sunday & monday rest

i learned 3 golden rules intelligent lifting, plenty rest ,good nutrition 6 meals a day i,ve noticed a ghange in two weeks with these 3 rules gained weigt & muscle thats basically it .:lift:

You can still do kickboxing after deadlifts/squats on tuesdays?
