![]() ![]() | Re: My Bulking Diet - Discuss I agree, need some vegetables and fruits in there desperately! Maybe a tad too high in protein (282g is 1.5g per lb of body weight, which would be more than adequate) unless you're using gear. fat content looks good, i like the omega 3 supplementation! |
