My Bulking Diet - Discuss

Im 5ft 11 and weigh 188lbs and wish to bulk to around 235 lbs with minimal fat!

Diet is as follows -

I realise carbs and protein are the same totals so i guess that may need to be changed?

My training will be weights 3 times per week and cardio on an empty stomach 2 times per week.

Looks good to me. Might be a little too much fat, but give it a go.

The complete lack of fruit and veg is a concern. Do you take any multi-vits etc...?

I agree, need some vegetables and fruits in there desperately! Maybe a tad too high in protein (282g is 1.5g per lb of body weight, which would be more than adequate) unless you're using gear.

fat content looks good, i like the omega 3 supplementation!
