help please

Hi M8s can you please give me some help here as i am 5f-8 and 187pounds my b/f is 26% i train hard and over the past 1 year i took my b/f from 38% to the above i do 4 days at gym and train hard about 1 to 2 hours at a time im just started danabol and i want to put some size on and try not to put on b/f this is what i eat

breakfast porrage and some toast and a cup of tea 1 sugar
mid morning blt or chicken s/w proetin shake 40gms
lunch chicken veg mash ect
mid afternoon protien shake 40gms apple banana
pwo protien drink after workout
dinner spag bol or chicken breast veg ect
night protien shake with milk before bed

throughtout the day i drink about 3 leters of water and 30 to 40 grms d/bol can anyone help me on this diet as im not sure if its right many thanks

How you doing mate, your meal plan sounds "OK" but not the best, but ovbiously you dont eat that every single day so make sure you keep your options healthy, eggs pasta etc. That also does not seem to be alot of calories esspecially if you want to add mass, personally id try and get my b/f to around 15 percent and then try and add mass. You may want to try some cardio sessions 3 or so times per week, if you want to keep b/f low.Also imo id be trying to get more protein than what your diet says, and from real whole foods if possible not just shakes. TBH i wouldnt even think of trying danabol until you know what works for you and have more experience mate. Hope this helps

hi young gun im on d/bol for a week now and have been looking into it for abut 6months now the thing is for my b/f of 26 im not looking fat just want to tone in a bit ut i thought i would do 6 to 8 week on this then try the tone in bit so thanks for your reply m8 lookforward to any other help you have thanks

You cant "tone" a muscle. What you think a toned muscle is is just a msucle exactly the same as you have now. Only difference if you have a layer of fat covering yours where as what you think is a toned muscle it just a muscle with very little fat covering it.

Personally Id agree with the above and lose some more BF before you start bulking again. As for taking d-bol I strongly urge you to knock that on the head straight away. Do you have a PCT in order ?
