Newbie needs to construct a good diet plan

Guys i'm looking to add some bulk to help me with a cycle.

My diet consists of Chicken, Turkey and fish all with pasta. I've been told i need to eat six meals so will be adding Steak and lamb i guess so i have a varied food range, I eat plenty of fruit and veg to and would like you guys to give me some tips and advice on how my meals should be structured, I have cereal in the morning but will be using oat from now on. I'm also purchasing some Extreme Protien for after meals too.

Any tips or advice will be appreciated

Cheers Guys

you wouldnt need to take any protien powder after a meal,if you've already had a source of protien from food, upon wakening, in between meals and PWO would be a better time to take it IMO.

never reaplace meals with protien its a suppliment not a meal replacemnt! also eat at least 6 times a day. Never eat after 8pm, make sure u eat plenty of complex carbs and natyrally occuring protien like tuna and turkey! stay away from empty callories like crisps or soda's.
