shake it up

any ideas on a weight gaining shake with high protein?

i've had dorian yates lean gain,i was happy with that mate but it's quite dear.

Whey protein , and add oats and couple eggs to it

Dan, this is what i do but without the eggs. Do you use raw eggs? pasteurized or boil them first.
Im wanting to add eggs too!
i cant get pasteurized in my area.

i just use raw eggs mate, crack em open and chuck them in my shake !!
sounds bit off like, but cant tell the difference in taste wise !!

2 oatabix, pint of semi skimmed or full fat depending how many calories you want, whey protein, flax seed powder. Cheap, easy to drink and lots of protein, good carbs and good fats. Get some nesquick or crush if you want a bit of taste but seen as your nearly everyone I know just necks them I dont see the point.
