gerry08 is on a distinguished road
gerrys gain weight for bulking up

up at 7:am 2 glasses of water
1 big bowl of porridge with 1 bananna, 14g of raisins ,1 tbsp of honey
two brown bread toasted 1 boiled egg 1 cup of tea.

meal 2 9-30 am
1/2 cup of 1% cottage cheese
1 small can of mandarins
1 beagle toasted with 1 tbsp of peanut butter
1 glass of water.

meal 3 lunch 12 am
1 whole wheat bun
4oz of lean rost beef
1 cup of lettuce
1 tomato
1/2oz of low fat cheddarcheese
2tbsp mustard
2glasses of water.

meal 4 snack 2-30 pm
1bananna
1 cup of yogurt
1granola bar r 1 cup of milk

meal 5 6-00pm
2 whole potatoes
1cup of corn
40z of beef ,chicken ,turkey ,tuna steak whatever is handy for you.
1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 cup of mushrooms
2glasses of water.
ive yet to add protein shakes but you get the jist of it
let me know what yee think people .

could you add the macros too. Protein/carbs/fat for each meal.
What meal/s do you have planned for after 6pm

Wow...toasted beagles.. thats a heavy duty diet..didn't know dog flesh was a good protien source!!

dinnear at 6 pm 8-30 big bowl of porridge with mixed seeds honey n glass of water n 100g of mixed nuts hit the sack 9-30 r 10.
