![]() | Re: Fussy Eater needs diet help Im the same i was 8st not long ago same height and im 21. i needed to put on weight and to help gain muscle and the advice i was given is 3 meals and 3 snacks a day iv only been eating correctly for a few weeks but iv put a stone on now iv got my head into eatin i was fussy and lazy but once you get started its not hard hope helps but i relate where you comin from keep us informed Tom |

![]() | Re: Fussy Eater needs diet help Thanks For the advice..well at the moment im eating 3-4 meals a day.. mainly consisting of suasages,chiken,fish,bread,rice and pasta trouble is trying to work out the qantities to giv you adeqate nutrition takes some getting used to..also having 3 shakes a day i train full body every other day try to keep it between 45mins to an hour.. |
