Fussy Eater needs diet help

im 16 nearly 17 about 5 8' and weight around 114lb luking to gain weight and muscle mass


can anyone make a basic dietplan for me..any help will be taken gratefully

any suggestions?

Well, firstly, you need to give us a clue what you're fussy about eating.

Secondly, stop being so lazy

Tell us what you eat at the moment. What your training is like would also be helpful.

Im the same i was 8st not long ago same height and im 21. i needed to put on weight and to help gain muscle and the advice i was given is 3 meals and 3 snacks a day iv only been eating correctly for a few weeks but iv put a stone on now iv got my head into eatin i was fussy and lazy but once you get started its not hard

hope helps but i relate where you comin from keep us informed

Thanks For the advice..well at the moment im eating 3-4 meals a day.. mainly consisting of suasages,chiken,fish,bread,rice and pasta
trouble is trying to work out the qantities to giv you adeqate nutrition takes some getting used to..also having 3 shakes a day
i train full body every other day try to keep it between 45mins to an hour..

Been told to add oats to my shakes afta workout..to spike insulin or sumin?
