| new diet - please check Hey people,
I need to bulk up loads..as im only 130 pounds or so, so after reading the hard gainer section i found i know what i need to eat etc now. I do have one question though. I'm not really a huge fan of fish either..so i also need to find something to replace mackeral and tuna. Finally, got some 100% whey gold to take after my gym sessions...and also some Nitrotech Hardcore weight gainer for the diet.
