Question Newbee needing help

Hey all

Im starting completly from scratch here i have no idea what im ment to be eating or not eatin. Im a 20 yr old lad about 5"10 and 9st. i currently work 730am till 4pm so wondered if could give me some advice on what to eat and when. I can give u a average day in time and stuff if helps

wake - 6.10 am
leave for work at 7am
break for 10mins at 10am
dinner 30 mins at 12.30pm
break for 10mins at 2.20pm
finish work at 4pm
then get home for 4.30pm

just need some ideas what to eat and if can base around my work times much appriciated.

I have got maximuscle protein shake stuff and i have a decent meal veg potato chicken or some meat every evening about 6.30pm

Got the meals sorted for morning dinner and night. Can you give me some ideas of quick snacks i can have in my ten min breaks im thinking a progain shake in the afternoon and maybe a sandwhich ham and salad or tuna and a yogurt in morning?

Any suggestions?
