Adjusted my diet

Hey Guys,

I have just received my new supps from myprotein, consisting of flavoured whey, and some ultra fine scottish oats.

With these in my diet, as opposed to my old shake, I see my intake looking like the following:

4050 calories
430 carbs
300 protein
125 fat

As you can see, my fat has increased around 25g, should I worry about this, or perhaps cut out my PB sandwich, which will drop 500 cals, but take the fat down to 100.

Regards.

Re: Adjusted my diet

Bf%?

I'd say your cals look abit high if your not very lean or have a very fast metabolism.
Whats a PB sadndwhich?
As long as your eating often and enough you will gain mass.
Don't worry about the extra fat.

Edit: your 6'1! lol 4000 should be good, lol.

Re: Adjusted my diet

Haha, yeah I have a pretty fast metabolism, and I would say I am very lean.

If you see my bulking thread in this forum a few posts down, you can see some pictures in there mate.

Re: Adjusted my diet

Yeah very lean, good stuff.
Keep your diet up and monitor your gains its the best way to determine how much food you need.
