![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Adjusted my diet Hey Guys, I have just received my new supps from myprotein, consisting of flavoured whey, and some ultra fine scottish oats. With these in my diet, as opposed to my old shake, I see my intake looking like the following: 4050 calories 430 carbs 300 protein 125 fat As you can see, my fat has increased around 25g, should I worry about this, or perhaps cut out my PB sandwich, which will drop 500 cals, but take the fat down to 100. Whats a PB sadndwhich? As long as your eating often and enough you will gain mass. Don't worry about the extra fat. Edit: your 6'1! lol 4000 should be good, lol.
