few quick questions

hey guys could you awnser me a few questions, im trying to build some lean mass but i was to try shift my bf% down im told it is sometimes doable when just starting out ( like i am ) so.

will taking fat burners help me shift fat whilst i still gain lean muscle or will it just hinder my muscle gain potential?

is carb cycling any good whilst trying to add some lean mass or just good for cutting?

thanks in advance guys iv had some really good advise on here so far and really do appreiciate it.

Re: few quick questions

try the h plan mate.

heroin guarantees weight loss.

tbh this is an ooooooooold question

you supplied no detais of training diet history body type etc.

you may as well ask how to turn lead into gold.

do some research READ THE THREADS ON MASS BUILDING then come back ater 8 - 12 weeks hard training with a diet plan, routine details and some detail of yourself.

hi mate i have a full thread on my diet day by day and pics and daily routine its under ''my diet and training log wit pics''.

i did the reading and sorted my diet out its much better and my routine is sorted for now i think lol but they were two questions i had in my head and off what i have read there was contradicting information on various sites. so i thougt id ask some one more knowledgable than my self.

Re: few quick questions

looked over your joirnal and the clean diet is fine. as for flab i dont really think you have any to loose.

you have a very similar build to me until i hit around 23-24.

o would say stick with the training to add mass through compound movement...the bread and butter stuff. squats deads bench.
avoid fat burners. once you get more meat on it will thin out where you think you have excess lard.

with your slender size that lard is probably your liver! when i was you age there was more fat on a butchers pencil but i still felt fat and skinny....a stick gut if you will.

mrps/high cal mass gainers before bed help but effective heavy lifting will get the meat on. dont waste your dough on pro hormones and all that fancy cr@p. it never works til your endocrine system is fully matured.

let nature take its course - if you are predisposed to a slender frame then adding weight quickly will be hard. not impossible just hard. cease cardio and anything that can create a catabolic environment (like skipping meals)

Re: few quick questions

if your bf is say 15% now and you add 5 lb of clean mass upto summer your bf can do nothing but drop.
i say stick with lifting and eating. dont get too bogged down with gimmicky stuff that just demotivates.
