is this proposed diet better than my current diet?

Age 23
Sex male
Height 5 ft 5
Weight 51kg
BMI 19 thus underweight


motivation is for Upper body strength for playing sport 3hour game per week and muscle in arms. Nothing drastic just something that will get me into better shape.

My gym programme includes rowing, cycling, leg press or squats with the inflatable ball, chest press, pully, shoulder press.




current diet of...8am Breakfast - 2 egg omelette with 1 slice of white breaded toast
11am Snack - dry roasted nuts
12.30pm lunch - cheese and cucumber sandwich in white bread
2pm snack - banana
9pm dinner - something from the likes of fish, chicken, lamb, potatoes, lentils, eggs, aubergines, kidney beans, baked beans, rice
*bottle of water throughout the day
*fizzy drink with dinner
*chocolate mousse for dessert after dinner



proposed diet of...
8am Breakfast - 4 egg omelette and 2 white bread toast with glass of orange juice
11am - snack of banana and dry roasted nuts

OR

8am Breakfast of fruit smoothie and some dry roasted nuts
11am - snack on 2 boiled eggs and glass of fresh milk

12.30pm - MAX MRP
2pm - chicken cesar salad
4pm - something with protein but not sure what- ideally pre-prepared night before & not tuna. How about pasta?
7pm - Maximuscle Creatamax Extreme
8pm - gymming
9pm - Maximuscle Creatamax Extreme
10pm – dinner

*bottle of water throughout the day
*fizzy drink with dinner

going with the propossed diet id definaly stick with e eggs for breaky. More protein with meal 2. As for this creatine stuff your taking twice a day there 124 cals in a serving, so you need a proper meal aswell and more protein and carbs with the one you have after your work out. You also need to add veg to your meals. Im sure you'll get better advice from others on the board

ok thanks for that.it appears you think the proposed plan is with eggs for breakfast (of the 2 I suggested,) thus along with that, the nuts would give me around 11g of protein. dont want something too heavy at 11am as i planned on taking the weight gainer at 12.30.

much more protein needed mate throughout the diet, a decent amount would be 30 to 40grams every three hours, if your cutting id up your fats and lower the carbs
