Chicken Breast (200g) / Rump Steak (300g)
Salad / Vegies
Fish Oil (2000mg)

Re: Current Bulking Diet

if your trying to bulk, thats no where near as much protein or carbs mate.

try

Breakfast - 4:30-7:30am (depending on work)
6 Eggs (2 Yolks, rest whites)
4 Wholemeal Toast
1/2 Serving WPI

Snack 1 - 9:30-10:00
Tuna (180g) Sandwich w/ Brown Bread
Cashews (Handful)

Lunch - 12:00-1:00
Chicken Breast (200g) / Rump Steak (300g)
Salad / Vegies With Potatoes / Rice
Fish Oil (2000mg)

Preworkout - 3:00
Stack (Amino acids, Creatine, Dextrose)
Banana

Workout - 4:00

Postworkout - 5:00
WPI - Ideally your body needs some fast acting carbs after workout to replenish yourself. If you dont get it from a shake, try having a baggel or something.
Personally i use Pro Lab N-Large 2:

Total Carbohydrate 85g
Protein 52g

This 600 Calorie shake is really good for weight gain apparently, i have just started using it, so we'll see. But id only advise using it after training, not as a meal replacement or snack, your body wont absorb it all and it will store as fat.

Snack 2 - 6:00

Yoghurt Another Tuna sandwich or jacket potato
Museli

Dinner - 8:00-9:00 (depending on work)
Chicken / Rump Steak
Salad / Steam Veg
Brown Rice

Supper?

Before bed i would recommend something slow releasing. Try scoop of whey protein in milk w/ 40g of oats. Or 150g of low fat cottage cheese.

Re: Current Bulking Diet

i am actually.. and it is considerably less food than i was eating.. ditch the diet and go back to my old one then? a mate from work wrote it and was doing it himself, i thought i would have a crack. but yes i do feel as though im not eating enough..

old diet was this - ill just write it rough. fairly similar to mark's post. (cheers buddy)

breakfast
100g oats, 3 whl eggs, wpi

snack
tuna on rice cakes (can't stand brown bread, ill only eat grain. which is still ok)
yoghurt
dried fruit / cashews

lunch
chicken, salad, brown rice

snack 2
yoghurt & museli

pre-wo - as above

workout

post-wo - as above

dinner - as above, sometimes replace rice with roasted sweet potato

when it comes to supplements, because im working as a PT and studying part time, money is fairly sc**** so the less supps i buy the better. in fact i would prefer to replace all supps with food eventually - as the folks would rather buy me extra food then sups.

i am still having trouble gaining however i also have trouble literally fitting all the food in my stomach as it is... may not seem like much but sometimes food is a choir, which sucks because i love good food. its just getting it down me.

Re: Current Bulking Diet

If your really struggling to cram down the food, take some digestive enzymes to help break down the food.
Also replace 1 meal with a shake to give you the cals needed but also makes it easier on your body to digest.

Milk
Cottage cheese
Whey
Banana
Peanut butter
Oats

Also, make sure you get carbs in at breakfast, pre and post workout at a minimum. If you need more carbs spread them out with the other meals. If you don't need any more carbs, just have protein, fat and fibre for the other meals
