Re: is my diet missing anything?

Its hard to tell if your diets missing anything because i dont know if your bulking up or lean bulking etc.

But i would swap wheatabix for Oats, and Meal 2 possibly swap protein shake for some real food. Then Meal 7 Have your protein shake in milk for slow releasing.

A small portion of Pasta i reckon would be fine, depends how much carbs you have eaten since breakfast.

Sometimes i have a Protein Flapjack(CNP) if im on the run. Theres 32grams of fast releasing Carbs in it.

Re: is my diet missing anything?

Well thats similar to what i am trying to do.. Trying to add good muscle mass without fat, i enjoy cardio also.

Have a look at my diet in the Diet and Nutrition section, see what you think.

What steroid cycle are you going on?

Re: is my diet missing anything?

Well to be honest the diet your posted, there isn't enough protein.

Remember when your on a bit of gear, your body will basically absorb more protein than not on gear. If your body doesn't get it from food, have a guess where it gets it from?

yep your muscle, so effectively you could shrink instead of grow.

Thats what i have been told anyway, but it makes sense.

Make sure u get at least 40grams of protein per meal.

I would go for Sustanon 250. Thats what i am contemplating anyway.

best of luck.

Re: is my diet missing anything?

Todays diet

11:00
5 whole organic free range eggs so fresh they smell like the chickens ****
^ omelet
muschrooms
1/4 red pepper
1/4 yellow pepper
30g anchor cheese
500 kcal

12:30
15g eaa
10g glutamine
100 kcal

1:30
Tin of makrell
with tinned toms
30g cheese
100g blue berries
330 kcal

3:30
100g oats
20g whey
10g mpc
500 kcals

5:30 - Train

Pre :
24mg ephedrine
1g guarana
1g tyrosine
0.5 glucronlactone
5g cee - mistake! tasted rank!

During:
20g bcaa
10g leucine
30g WMS

Post
18 dex
7 fructose
30 malo
30 whey
0.8 electrolytes
5g creatine mono

above around 560 kcal. I'm changing soon to just whey post then some yogurt and berrys/fruit (prunes, dates, banana etc still deciding) when I get home.

thats around 2000 so far

Will have next
200g brocoli
200g green beans
125g salmon

Then some MPC and egg yolk pre bed bringing it to around 2500.

That was my diet a couple of days ago on a cut, a non training day would be better as I have more real food. If you are trying to gain muscle then you should be getting about 3000+ everyday depending on lbm all you would do is have more of the above.

Mark L - If your diet isnt like this or better then you need to have a rethink about steroids as you will get nowhere with them without real food.
